Can you use water instead of sand in the roller tube?
Erik
from Michigan
April 03, 2014
Answer
Erik - using water to fill the striping tube is not recommended. The drain plug on this striper does not create a water tight seal, and water is going to leak out as the tube rolls along the grass, which will in turn create an "eneven" look to the striping you are doing since the weight in the tube will be decreasing as water leaks out.
