Terrible Follow Through
On the sales end, they were good and they did what they had to to get the sale. It's all downhill after that. I was supposed to get my Mower on Wednesday, and it was lost. Then I supposed to get on Thursday, and apparently they misplaced part of my order. I'm still waiting to get my mower, than I can rate that later but as far as a follow through, terrible.

I am truly sorry for the delays in receiving your mower. Unfortunately, SAIA misplaced the mower and needed to track it down, which is what caused the delay. Thankfully the mower has been found and is being delivered today (5/22/17). I appreciate your patience as we waited on SAIA to find the mower. So Far So Good
After set-up I began using the mower and the first two days I had to charge the battery twice! I finally got online and looked at how the wiring was supposed to be hooked up on the voltage regulator and found a wire had not been connected. The loose wire had been tucked up under the engine cowling! I'm sure not impressed with Husqvarna production inspection processes. Once that issue was solved, I've put 27 hours on the mower in the last 6 weeks and it seems to be working just fine. The locking... more

Loud Lesson Learned
Had to finally replace my Gravely after 25 years. Researched several tractors in an attempt to find something affordable and durable that would last as long as my Gravely. settled on the Husqvarna YD 48 DXLS. Bought it through a dealer and was very impressed with what he had to say. I have to cut 2 acres of mixed terain including hills and uneven ground. I can honestly say the tractor does it all. Mower Still Hasn't Arrived After 3 Weeks
I decided to fill out this survey 2 weeks after my mowers ship date has come and gone. IF I had the mower I could more accurately review the mower I purchased.
Pros: Looks great in the pictures
Cons: Seems be stuck at Mowersdirect or at the factory still
