This is the worst lawn tractor I ever operated. White smoke comes from this tractor after only using it for 90 minutes. The customer service from Sears overall is non-existing. I've called on four different occasions requesting that a service technician to come and see what is really wrong with this product but they insist that it's the gas. A service technician is suppose to come out on July 31, 2013, but there's nothing confirming (the email confirmation customer service said they were going to send on the same day of the call) that date.
