Todd- I have an Aries Gear Tractor. Model # 93604600 42". Are there mulch blades available? If so how much are they?

Larry - your Ariens 93604600 tractor was actually manufactured by Husqvarna, so Husqvarna brand mower blades will fit your mower deck as well as those sold by Ariens. If you only want the mulch blades, this is what I would recommend Husq 42" mulch blades If you want a mulch kit (with the baffles to close off your mower deck) this is what you need Husq 42" mulch kit

Do you know if this mulching kit will fit the same 42" Ariens model? I think Ariens and Husqvarna are both made by the same people. I know that when I call Ariens parts hotline they always answer and say "Thanks for calling Husqvarna".

Bob - you did not specify which Ariens 42" model you mean. If you are talking about an Ariens 42-inch lawn tractor, then yes, this Husqvarna HU42 (531 30 96-41) mulch kit will fit this tractor. Husqvarna does manufacture the Ariens branded lawn tractors, so the Husqvarna tractor accessories (baggers, mulch kits, etc.) will also fit on the same size Ariens brand tractor. If you are asking about a 42" Ariens zero turn mower, then NO, none of the Husqvarna accessories will work on an Ariens zero turn mower. Ariens builds their own zero turn mowers, and these have their own specific accessories.
