Answer
Ella - sorry, but Greenworks does not offer their lithium-ion cordless mowers in a self-propelled version. These lithium-ion style batteries would run down the charge too quickly if they were powering a drive system as well as the mower blades. The only cordless electric mowers out there that are self-propelled would have the older style (and much heavier weight wise) lead acid rechargeable batteries.

I see it has a 4 year warranty on the mower but does that also cover the batteries? If not what is the battery warranty? Thanks

Answer
Pat - the batteries do not have the same 4-year warranty. Greenworks lithium-ion batteries carry a two-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials only.
