Do Not Buy!
First, 2 flat tires (paper thin). Next gear in steering broke (plastic). Soon had to replace the other 2 tires. My yard is flat with very few trees and very little debris. Now will not start. I have had it. I had this mower for less than 2 summers. JUNK!!!
Cons: Durability, Unreliable, Low Quality

Sub Par Design From Such A Quality Company=lemon
WEEDEATER makes good or better quality products and it makes no sense to build a mower at this price point and there are SO MANY disappointed buyers! Even worse is you cant get the original part to fix it, you can only be offered the complete rear end for 400 dollars. I retrofitted mine with a Snapper friction disc @ 40 bucks plus labor time and it shredded it like the original part, there are 10 of these on Craigslist in my town so go figure. Friction disc is poor by design, GET GEARED... more

Weed Eater One 26 Inch Cut
Bought mine 3-4 years ago the past 2 years I was lucky to get through mowing season, the smell of burnt clutch and grinding gears filled the air. My neighbors even complained about all the rattle and don't even get me started about the stirring, all I can say is mine is ready for the scrap heap do they even still make them? Why put Americans thru the terror of owning one. Buyer beware JUNK
Cons: Unreliable, Low Quality, Difficult To Use, Expensive

Pathetic
This is without a doubt the sorriest excuse for a lawnmower I have ever used and seen. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Good But Bad Wheels
I have used this mower now for 5 years. The only complaint that I have is that the wheels are too small in diameter. A low tire makes it roll the tube inside to snap off the valve.. These are easily replaced through Harbor Freight for a couple of bucks, but takes time and is annoying. The small wheels make cuts on a bumpy yard look a little rough (big wheels make the best looking cut). These wheels are 4" on front. Wheels make care and repair fast and cheap, but cut is not so good if... more

Worst Investment
Worst investment I ever made in a mower. It really is a very poor designed, engineered and manufactured piece of equipment. To top it off none of Weed Eater's warranty shops will touch it. After two months being broke I finally fixed it myself. I have had it three years and have managed to keep it workable but I'm throwing in the towel and buying something else. It really is a disaster.
Pros: Easy To Store
Cons: Durability, Low Quality, Unreliable, Absolute Junk

Worst Buy I Ever Made!!!!
I bought this lawn mower to cut my 1/2 acre lawn and the width was just right to drive through my gates.
My lawn is very level but when I went to turn and go in the opposite direction an awful grinding noise came from the rear end and the mower would not move forward.
Contacted the Weed Eater Corp (no website accessible customer service) told by rep I would have to take to their affiliated repair location. Only 6mos in to my 2 yr warranty.

The recommended repair location is having... more

At Best, A Toy!
I made the mistake of buying this for my yard thinking it would be easy to navigate the gardens and gate-ways.
I have a slight incline to my front yard and this toy spun its wheels even at a grade of approx. 15 degree. That was the least of my concerns, however. The day I brought it home I made 3 passes across my yard and the deck bracket broke at the weld and gouged my lawn before I noticed I was dragging the deck. I took it to have it re-welded and made another attempt to cut grass. The... more
