| Mowers Direct Recommendation |
| By Mowers Direct |
The Handyman Club of America produced a great video, showcasing the Worx cordless string trimmer.
The key is the battery. Yes, the lithium iron batteries cost more, but they also last a lot longer between charges.
Overall, a stellar string trimmer. |

| Don't waste money |
| By Tim from (Toledo, OH) |
I bought this approximately 1year ago. I used it about 8 times last season. It worked great at the beginning of this season, then the battery stopped holding a charge.
I contacted Worx numerous times through e-mail, but I got no response from them. I finally got through to Worx customer service on the phone, and was told I would have to purchase a new battery.
I explained I had used it less than 20 times, and they said it didn't matter, the battery would only last 1 year.
Buyer beware- if you purchase this unit you will have to drop 50 dollars every year for new battery... incidentally the warranty on the battery is 1 year. |

| Short Run Time |
| By terry from (Litchfield, IL) |
This did a good job, but I only got approximately 20 minutes of run time- not the 3 football fields shown in the advertisement.
I have a very small yard & had to recharge it- which takes a long time !
I am going to try it one more time; if it does not do any better I will see how good the warranty works and let you know!

| A step up from my Weedeater cordless |
| By Robert Hazlitt from (Mcleansville, NC) |
This is a very impressive trimmer, it is a step up from my cordless Weedeater 6* trimmer.
I am very pleased with its handling and the wheel makes edging work much easier. It is a must for someone with back problems with a limit on handling the weight.
This unit is lightweight and easy to use. For those with larger yards, a second battery is recommended. Mine took some time as I had not trimmed the yard since last year. Since this big job is done, I should be able to keep it trimmed on one battery charge for my small lot.
The battery lasted about 30 minutes and battery charge took me about 50 minutes for the Lithium-Ion- which is why a second battery is recommended for someone who has a lot to trim. |

I saw this infomercial and bought the Worx String Trimmer kit.
In summary: It did an AWFUL job on my small, overgrown back yard.
