WORX Trimmer
This product is the worst thing that I have ever purchased. I used the WORX trimmer last year and it worked fine for about 30 minutes. I had to charge the battery and it took forever. When it finally charged it did not work as good as the first time. This year I have had it charged for three months and it will not even cut through water. Waste of time and money. I am a woman that does the yard work and thought this would be good for me, being light weight and all. For the price I paid is a big rip off. Now I am stuck with a trimmer that I can not use. I agree with the other users that WORX should replace my unit with the new Lithium trimmer.

WORX ... NOT!!!
I have a WORX 3152 trimmer. This is my second year with it and I frequently charge the batteries. The batteries do take forever to charge and once charged, rapidly discharge (as in, less than 5-minutes). I have two of the 18V NiCd batteries and I get about 3- 4-minutes use out of each one. I now use a 100-foot extension cord, connect the charger to the extension cord, place a spent battery in the charger, and then move the entire apparatus around the yard as I try to trim. What a joke!
Wait, there's more ... the trimmer has now become so rickity that I am afraid that ("should") the battery even hold a charge long enough ... it will most likely rattle itself apart. What an even greater joke!

WG150 Trimmer
Bought WG150 2 years ago with 2 batteries. Used it Spring, Summer, Autumn almost every weekend for 30 minutes alternating the batteries. Batteries worked well for approx 18 months. Now one battery is totally useless and the other lasts for almost 30 minutes and loses power so I can not edge with it. Too bad there isn't an upgrade program to the new unit w 24V Lithium battery

WHAT WORKX
I purchased a couple of the Worx a few years ago, one for me and one for my guy. We are both having the same problem, our batteries do not hold a charge. We were looking to buy a second battery, but after the reviews-we dare not.
I also feel that Worx should have a recall and satisfy their customers.

Worx DOESN'T Work
Purchased my trimmer about 2yrs. ago. One month after I purchased my Worx GT Trimmer (WG150.1 series) it wouldn't stay charged long enough to trim around my mail box. I've tried charging for 48hrs but didn't help. I think the Worx Co. owes those who purchased "that garbage" an apology or an upgrade, at the very least a battery that works. What a scam! STAY AWAY FORM ANYTHING THAT SAYS "WORX" ON IT!

Batteries do not perform
Same story as many others, good tool but bad battery performance even when new, ordered extra battery and one quit taking charge after just a couple of times and neither battery ever ran for more than 10 - 15 minutes.... Very dissatisfied with batteries which are expensive to replace and seems available only on line from Worx, Sears, Target...don't waste your money...at least not on 18 volt units.

Batteries for the Worx Trimmers
I hope this comment reaches anyone who may be interested in these toys before they actual purchase them. I've had nothing but trouble trying to keep them charged. Don't waste your money!!!

Worx GT 18V Power Tank Battery WA3152
I purchased my Worx GT in June 2009. I saw a commercial on TV where I cold get the string trimmer, blower, trimmer, etc. all for one price - a great deal! When I received the products I was so excited about giving it a try. HOWEVER . . . when I went to use the string trimmer for the first time I also found, just like the other folks reviews, that the battery only lasts about 10 minutes. I have a medium to large yard so I didn't get very far before I had to recharge the battery again which took about 3 hours to charge each time. So, I decided to purchase a second battery in hopes that maybe I could get farther - but it was the same story. Now I don't even use the string trimmer. I just use the blower and trimmer which are fantastic by the way, as long as you don't have a lot to do. I am disappointed that I was mislead in how long the battery lasts.

Battery Failure
Purchased LWG151X1P trimmer May 2010. Replaced battery August 2010 due to defective battery - it would not charge. Received replacement battery Aug 2010 and finished out the summer. Tried to charge battery after it had been stored in a clean dry area during the winter, but it will not take a charge.
Worx should be having a recall of batteries for this trimmer.
