Maybe I just got a lemon, it happens, but looking up Troy-Bilt across the web, it seems they are not what they use to be.
I had used it 2 times for about 4 hours total prior to today when I went out to do my big leaf cleanup, started right up like normal, then ran for about 4-5 min and shutdown. Would not restart.
Waiting a while, it did he same thing.
Will be contacting PED customer support tomorrow and see how they handle this issue, but I feel like I am out of luck reading the fact you are supposed to contact Troy with issues and then reading on the web how no-one even wants to work on these products.
When it ran, it worked well, a little less powerful than I would have liked, but I opted for the 4 cylinder to keep with my snow blower (bought here) and lawn mower.
PED does deliver quickly, so love them for that, but hope they support their products.
