A: Todd - the model 20117 was produced from 2002 through 2007, and you didn't give me the year of your mower, but this mower did use a Tecumseh engine for all six years it was made, so this maintenance kit should work for you just fine. by Todd, Product Expert

I bought a Toro 20331T so I also bought the 22" 3 year maintenance kit.
However when the kit arrived a few days later I found out it is specifically for models: 20005,20007,20008,20016,20017,20018,20019,20031,20070,20071,20072,20073,20074,20076
So you will need to buy 3 air filters for any other models. The spark plug that came with my mower is a Champion RJ19LM, however the kit comes with a NGK R BR2-LM
The spark plug does work with my mower, but just throwing that info out there in case you need to know.
The cover is actually way better than the thin elastic corner tarp type I expected. It is made of a nice, light canvas, type of fabric, and has several vents and extra layers sewn into it, with a snap latch under the handles in the bagger area.
If you want a cover get this one!
The fuel stabilizer package reminds me of the Parmesan cheese packs from Pizza Hut, and treats 2.5 gallons; so plan on buying some Sta-bil or other brand fuel stabilizer after the first week or two of mowing.
Not much to say about the mower blades, they are mower blades. They appear to be powder coated or in some type of heavy duty paint so you won't need to worry about the cutting edge rusting in the 3 years they sit in waiting.
I will say that I would still buy the kit even with the air filter / spark plug issue since it has 3 mower blades, a nice cover, and the oil and spark plugs at a great price.
