Toro TimeCutter® Zero Turn Lawn Mower Rear Engine Guard

The mower is 3 days old and the seat adjustment nut will not turn on or off due to plastic threading, so seat can not be adjusted.

We will see how good Toro stands behind their customer service on the dealer level. Threads could have remained metal, the plastic ones saved money.

The foam element is either missing or there is none, as it's not on this mower. Owners manual says 2 filters, paper and foam, and the manual calls for two.

They will also be able to direct you to the closest Authorized Service location; and should have good advice about adjusting the seat in the future so it doesn't strip out.

I purchased the engine guard for my new zero turn Toro ZT4235. When I put it on the back of the mower, I cannot open the cover on the air filter.

The engine guard fits so close to the filter that I am going to have to take the guard off the mower each time I check the air filter. This is poor planing on the whoever designed this guard. It may fit on the mower with the 19hp Kohler engine, but it will not fit on the mower with the 22hp Kawasaki engine.
