Like the mower. If only it came with an ignition key and bolts to secure the seat! It is easy to use, easy to start and comfortable. Sadly I didn't get this experience until days after the mower's arrival because it came without a key and bolts to secure the seat. Of course the key and bolt was sent later after I called to request said items....
If only it came with five strong men and a tall boy to uncrate it, all would have been heaven. Uncrating was a challenge. Discarding the crate wasn't simple either as there was much wood and a pallet for a bonus, an unwanted bonus. Wish I could have traded the pallet for an ignition key.
Other than that, the mower functions terrific. Five stars on the actual mower.
Plan on getting help uncrating this product if you purchase a riding lawnmower that comes shipped directly with a crate for protection. The protection works well as the mower was not damaged in transit.

The website clearly states that the tractor ships via semi-truck and requires a loading dock or forklift. We are sorry that the crate and pallet inconvenienced you, but are glad they served their purpose and the unit arrived undamaged.
