Q: Looking at the manual, it looks like this 20099 comes with rear bagger and mulcher kit. Yet on the compare table with 20092 it says NA for this model and included in the 20092. Did I not understand the 20099 manual correctly. Does it come with rear bagger and mulch kit?

A: Thanks for your inquiry. The 20099 does include the bag and is mulch capable per the specs on our site.

Unhappy purchaser

Purchased this toro mower and have used it 4 times. Problem started on 3rd time of use. I live in the City and do not have what you would consider a large lot. I can mow the backyard - but if I stop the mower to move it to the front yard for mowing - the mower will not start again. This past weekend (5th time I have used the mower) I had to wait until the next day before the mower would start again. It has oil and gas - so that would not be the problem. Would not purchase this mower again.

The personal pace system on this lawn mower really works nice. You have to apply very little force and the lawn mower goes all by it self, even up fairly steep hills.

The Toro drives with plenty of speed and power. It's much less fatiguing to use and it's light with the cast aluminum housing. My model has a Honda engine, the same as on my Honda mower.

Also the higher grade Toro definitely has a superior cut. If you like your lawn cut high as I do, this mower does a beautiful job.
