 Condition of mower when delivered

This was a scratch and dent and was described accurately as to the damage. Now for the other stuff. The back tire was totally flat due to a nail hole. I had to plug it to get it to hold air. One of the nuts to connect the battery was completely gone. One of the nuts to connect the the seat was gone, and all others were completely loose. The steering wheel came off while being used and we found the nut to hold it on had not been installed. It was down in the cylinder.
