  1 Question
Q: Does the mulching kit come with the 7800787? And how much assembly is required?

Thanks
LB

by Leo Bond from Connecticut on March 19, 2012

A: The mulching kit would not come with this, it would be a separate item. In terms of assembly, this is going to consist of the seat and steering column.

Disappointed
The dealership delivered my mower when I wasn't home, after it had been "put together". The engine was running rough and missing and the cutting was not up to par. Now I am having trouble returning the mower and getting my money back. I have always preferred Snapper Mowers but I am really disappointed in this one.

Impressed
I weigh 239 lbs and have a very hilly back yard. That 17.5 horse power mower didn't even know I was on board. It's a little soon to tell but first impressions count and I am impressed. My friend who owns a 23 horse power craftsman was even more impressed than I, the heavy duty thick steal frame and mower deck were far superior to his. It started right off and only took a few minutes to get used to the way the mechanical functioned. That thing pulled me up my steepest slope and didn't even... more

Excellent
Easy to order, excellent response, fast delivery, prompt service and easy to assemble.

I've owned a Snapper before and have had great service from it.

Reliable product!

Snapper Is The Best
We had a 33 inch 12.5 hp Snapper for about 22 years and wore it out. We have mowed with our new 33 in 17.5 hp and it is great, I wouldn't buy any other mower and the price was good. I am thinking about buying another one for my husband except smaller, like the new safety features also.

Snapper 33" Re
I received my Snapper 33" RE nicely crated after calling RL carriers to find out the arrival time. The instructions were mostly accurate but most likely written for the guy assembling these at the mower shop, not the homeowner. Assembly did take a few hours and required more skill than I expected which was fine for me but might be too difficult for some people.

I upgraded from a Murray 30" with a 10hp engine and this Snapper with the 17.5hp feels like twice the machine!

A Real Review Of The 33 In Rer Snapper
I would never buy this mower again. First of all, it is exceptionally noisy. You need ear protection to use this mower. Noise was a problem and concern before I purchased the mower and I called both Snapper and Briggs & Stratton to get their take on the noise of the mower. Each said to contact the other. Nice! Later, I found out that Briggs & Stratton owns Snapper!!! Aside from the noise, this lawnmower is extremely dangerous. If you are on a hill and stop and start the mower... more
