 Rear steering is getting sloppy

I have mowed 2 acres twice with it and the rear steer is already sloppy. They wander left and right a few inches as they "bump steer" when they hit any small dip or hump in the yard.

I am having a hard time getting Snapper to fix or replace this mower.
