Mower Direct was very informative & helpful in making our decision & purchase--especially the video. Delivery schedule was updated, as needed, & very prompt. Carrier was exceptionally cooperative & helpful. Snapper is a beautiful machine--easy to maneuver & use.

Booklet is self-explanatory, describing many features. Our only complaint, thus far, is that the engine is quite noisy & one should be informed that noise silencers are a must for your hearing protection. Perhaps the manufacturer can address this issue/problem in future models, & should be added to the booklet.

Overall we are very pleased with our model.
