A: Bill - there is a 42-inch wide single stage snow blower available that will attach to all three NXT models. The snow blower has a list price of $1,199.00. If using the snow blower on your NXT tractor, it also requires a rear weight carrier and two 50 lb suitcase weights to counter balance the weight of the snow blower. Q: Snapper NXT2346. I read that these tractors can switch between mulching, side discharge and bagging without changing the blades. Is that true?
Also, does this have slip differential or something to help with traction?

A: Brent - I'm afraid that the info you have heard is not entirely accurate. The Snapper NXT tractors are equipped with a revolutionary, multi-surface mower blade that makes bagging and normal discharge mowing much cleaner and more efficient. However, if you want to mulch your clippings, you do need an optional mulch kit with baffles and mulch blades that must be installed on the mower deck in place of the standard blades. Does the job
I had an old Craftsman that finally wore out after 20+ years. I own a Snapper self propelled mower for trimming hard to get at spots. I wanted a good dependable rider, and when the NXT came out I waited for a 42 inch cut. I love it. I have only owned it about 5 weeks. Very good quality cut, good comfort, and hopefully many years of good performance. Glad I bought it.

Happy with Mower
It's early in the season here and I have only used the mower once thus far (on grass that didn't really need cutting) so it is a bit soon to write a review but I will comment on a few early observations.
First, the turning radius is amazing for a non-zero turn mower. There is a convenient "window" into the fuel tank that provides an easy and reliable measure of the fuel remaining. A handy oil drain tube is provided to facilitate oil changes without the need to remove a drain plug and use a funnel to catch the old oil. Also, the seat is great - comfortable and airy as advertised.

I just bought my new snapper and love everything about it. Easy controls, very comfortable seat, plenty of power. The push button deck level is awesome!!! I think everyone should have one :) :).
