 Legacy

I have owned 4 different Simplicity mowers over the past 30 years, and all were beyond my expectations.
I purchased a Legacy XL in 2010 with a 60 inch deck. Nothing but issues. Cruise control keeps slipping. The quality of the mow is not up to expectations. When I discussed the issue with the manufacturers rep:w hat should you expect with a 60 inch deck was his response. Now the deck will not raise. I can't wait to hear the response.
