Perfect For Smaller Yards
A low maintenance, quiet, light weight, compact mower that was a perfect replacement for a manual, rotary push mower. Does a great job either mulching or bagging. Even when using the "power" mode to bag leaves, battery remains near full charge after completing the entire yard.

Have had the Worx mower for less than a month, so can not comment yet about reliability.
Pros: Easy To Use, Quiet, Price, Easy To Store

"Mowers Direct offered the lowest price for the Worx mower that I could find. Selection was good and the site is very user friendly. The order was placed early afternoon one day and I was using the mower the next afternoon, without paying for expedited shipping."

Wow!
First time out, mowed my yard in record time. I had a corded mower and had to fight the cord making mowing more labor intensive. The Worx is everything I hoped it would be. It is added to my Worx edger/trimmer and Worx Jaw.
Pros: Easy To Use, Quiet, Exceeded Expectations, Fast

Efficient, Quiet, And Easy To Use For Small Yard
Fantastic little mower. I have used this machine every 2 weeks for a year during grass growing season in Ohio. Takes an hour to cut the entire yard. Worx can handle the whole job on Power (high speed) setting. When running lower on power or at end of season, it can run on Quiet (low speed) mode.

You plug the unit in AFTER you are done mowing. This method tops off the battery for storage and maximizes the battery capacity. The LED charger tells you when it is done with a green light. ... more

Overpriced And Poor Quality
Used mower on small city lot (*450sf). Used less than 20 times. Battery dead and now needs replacement. Cost per mow, $40. Stay away from mower.
Pros: Quiet
Cons: Unreliable, Durability, Expensive

The Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen
I bought my mower on eBay. It was new and was a great price and seemed to be just what I was looking for. When I got it, it did not work, would not turn on at all. I contacted WORX and they refused to help at all. They even said they did not have a repair person to work on broken machines. The fellow was rude and nasty. I bought a new machine and all I wanted was to get it fixed. They refused to help at any level.
Cons: Expensive, The Worst Customer Service
