Electrically Unreliable/ Arrogant No Service Service Department
I bought this Earthwise Lawn Mower (only works part-time, when it holds a charge). This lawn mower never had enough charge to cut my lawn in one day. I have had to cut portions of my lawn on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and sometimes Thursday. Totally frustrating. I have such a poorly manufactured Earthwise Lawn Mower. Manufacturer is American Lawn Mower Company out of Shelbyville, In 46176. Phone # is 1-800-633-1501.

Let see my frame of reference for the life expectancy of a lawn mower... more
Pros: Durable, Easy To Use, Quiet
Cons: Low Quality, Heavy, Unreliable, Expensive

Well Made Mower, But It Does Not Hold A Charge
This mower should not be marketed to anyone in Florida. Florida grass is too tough for this mower. I can only mow about 1/4 of my yard before it needs another 24 hour charge. I replaced the battery and the charger (+$250 extra) and it did not help. My lawn is a very small city lot. This mower did not save me any money and I question the environmental benefit when you have to buy batteries every year.
Pros: Easy To Use, Quiet
Cons: Unreliable, Durability, Expensive, Does Not Hold A Charge
