Very Happy Bought A Second One
After 3 or 4 Simplicity riders with successively less quality, I was all set to buy a John Deere rider. Went to a dealer (twice) ready to buy and they did not seem much interested in me as a customer. Went to the Cub dealer and purchased this tractor in 2015 with the bagger system. Liked it so much, I bought another one in 2016. I actually like the 2015 model better some of the shut off switches are too sensitive on the newer model. Would definitely recommend. Thank you John Deere for ignoring... more

Terrible Delivery
Still waiting for my mower. SAIA Freight scheduled window today from 3pm to 7pm... took off work to be here... Finally saw online that the shipment was returned to terminal at 6:45pm.

SAIA Frieght customer service was apologetic but totally unable to help....

Hindsight being what it is, would have been better off buying locally.

Terrible experience.

Satisfied Customer
The tractor arrived nearly fully assembled. I only had to install the front bumper and hook up the battery. After putting some gas in the tank, the engine fired right up.

The right foot pedal must be pushed down to go forward. My old tractor had a brake and clutch combined in the left pedal. After mowing the lawn twice I'm still getting used to this new concept and occasionally find myself holding down the right pedal while releasing the left pedal which makes for jack rabbit starts!
