I found it interesting that I received shipment on 6 April and received notice of shipment from Mowers Direct on 8 April.

So we didn't get the tracking number from Precision Products until after you had received your item. We normally provide a tracking number on the same day each order ships, but in this instance, since the manufacturer didn't send the tracking number to us the same day your lawn roller shipped, we couldn't supply this info to you.
