The mower I was sent had sat in a warehouse for about two years before it was sold. It looked really good when I received it, but looks can be misleading.
The mower was never looked over before it was sent out. So when I received my purchase it would not start. The mower came with a two year old dead battery that can't be warrantied out as defective.
So now I have to go out and purchase a new battery, fax my receipt to mowers direct and hope they honor their agreement to reimburse me for the price of the new battery.

Mowers ship in their original packaging, either directly from the manufacturer, or exactly the way we get them from the manufacturer.
We sell hundreds of mowers each week, and to open each one, check it, and repackage it would raise the price and interfere with the warranty- so we don't do that.
We only stock national brands with good warranties and service locations. In a case like yours we are more than happy to step up and reimburse you for the battery- we appreciate your business!
