Purchased this model from mowersdirect. The product worked fine the first two uses then quit. Mowersdirect told me to take it in for warranty repair. The small engine shop I took it to told me the carburator was dirty and needed cleaning - it's a new product, new gas, etc!! They cleaned the carburator and charged me $66 saying that it wasn't covered. A $260 edger cost me $326 from this place.

Never starts unless you use starting fluid. Tale my word for it, and I live in valley city Ohio where MTD is based. I'll never buy MTD again.
