Q: How do you keep it in your yard if there is no boundary with the neighbors yard. Also, does it have an adjustable cutting height? by Fred Wood from North Carolina on October 14, 2011
A: Fred - the LawnBott LB1200 Spyder is the basic model in the LawnBott line-up. As such, this unit does not utilize a perimeter wiring system like the other LawnBott mowers do to determine the mowing boundaries. During operation, the LB1200 mows the entire area as determined by paving and/or barriers (fences, walls, etc.). When the LB1200 detects that there is no grass or encounters an obstacle, it changes route in a random manner and starts mowing again in a new direction. If there is no obstacle or other boundary type object between your yard and your neighbors yard, then the LB1200 will not stop at the edge of your yard - it will just continue mowing into your neighbors yard until it encounters an obstacle of some sort. If you have an "open" boundary between your yard and your neighbor's yard, then the LB1200 is not the right LawnBott for you. The LB1200 is really designed for a homeowner who has some sort of boundary (a fence, a street, a walkway, etc) on all four sides of their yard. by Todd, Product Expert
