Q: What is the weight capacity on the hitch?

A: James - Great Day, the company that manufacturer's the Hi-Hitch, does not list a weight capacity for the hitch. You would need to contact them at 1-866-649-1918 to find out if they even list a spec for weight capacity. I know this hitch will tow a 16' jon boat with an engine and a trailer.

Q: Will this fit onto a smaller rear engine Snapper? Buying for dad for fathers day. He needs to pull small 10" aluminum jon boat from back yard.

A: Thanks for your inquiry. This hitch will not fit on a rear engine rider. This hitch kit is only designed for lawn tractors.

Works Great

High-Hitch for my John Deere lawn tractor
This has been a great Accessory for my riding mower. I hooked it up and use my lawn tractor to move my small fishing boat to my back yard for storage. It is well made and easy to install. I recommend this to anyone.

Great Day Lawn Pro Hi-Hitch
I purchased this hitch for my Poulan Pro to help me move a 25 ton log splitter around the property and back to storage.
I had to drill a couple of holes to get it mounted but it works perfectly. The height is just right.

The hitch bolts up nicely to our new Husqvarna tractor ... works great to move a 6 x 12 enclosed motorcycle trailer around the driveway.

Lawn Pro Hi-Hitch
After constantly having to switch setups for the two trailers I have I finally found one setup that solves all my problems. The hi-hitch not only looks good, it works very well.
Delivery was very prompt and installation was a breeze. OK, the drilling took some time because I had to go buy a step bit but other than that...
I highly recommend this product if you need to switch from a small garden cart to a larger utility trailer or small boat and trailer.
