A: Thanks for your inquiry. If there are any issues they would be handled under warranty through Earthwise (manufacturer). The warranty includes any work that would need to be done on the mower within the two warranty period. We do not offer any extended warranties. Those would be purchased through Earthwise.

Can't Get Parts

If a lawnmower is only as good as its wheels, then this mower is a joke. Within a few weeks of using the 60120 the right rear wheel started to wobble. I did not think much about it at the time as all the wheels sort of wobbled. Within a month the plastic around the hub of the right rear wheel started to bend and crack. Eventually the wheel broke off the hub. On closer inspection I have to conclude these wheels are possibly the cheapest plastic wheels the manufacturer could buy.

Good Quality Mower for Average Size Yard!

I have had my Earthwise cordless mower for 2 seasons and it still has the same power it had when it was new. For those having problems with the battery dying and not recharging, make sure you do the following:
1) In the off season store the battery in a warm (50° to 80°) location. Do not let it sit in the mower all winter, this will definitely kill the battery life.
2) Charge the battery to a full charge and them remove from charging. Mine only takes between 12-24 hours to fully charge. Leaving the battery plugged in 24/7 will shorten the entire battery life and the charge lif... more

Good the first year.

This worked well the first year. But this year it has yet to mow a quarter of the yard on a charge and by the time it is charged again the whole yard needs to be mowed again. I think I'm gonna take it back. Plus the weight with the battery completely overcomes the convenience of not having a cord.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOWER

Battery dies in 2 seasons, then costs $100.00 to replace. You don't see enough reviews telling the true story about this mower. Works wonderfully for a short time and then battery dies. Save your money and look elsewhere!!!!

Better than Gas Powered

No smell. No maintenance. Cord got tiresome on a regular electric mower. Lasts surprisingly long. It's a bit heavy though, and I wish it cut a slightly wider path.

Earthwise Cordless Mower

I purchased an Earthwise Cordless Mower that was on clearance, I now know that I got a real good quality machine.

I am able to do my whole yard without worry of recharge, and there is no cord to worry about either.

I would recommend this mower to anyone with an average size yard.
