Q: Does it have a primer bulb? Ron

A: Ron - yes, the 4-cycle engine on the Ariens 946152 string trimmer requires you to push a primer bulb two or three times when starting the engine in a "cold" state. Once the engine is warmed up, there is no need to use the primer bulb.

Q: What sort of slope would this trimmer handle?

A: Bob - the manufacturer's specifications state up to a 19 degree incline, but I have seen this work on inclines up to 30 degrees if you are strong enough to push it up a grade that steep.

Q: I have a large pond in my back yard that needs to be trimmed around. Would this string trimmer mower be the right tool for the job? The handheld trimmers are too hard on my back.
