Old style Ariens mulching blade

Good Solid mower
Although it feels light and nimble this mower is solid.
The grip-drive control works great, which makes maneuvering the mower a breeze. This mower takes about half of the effort to use as my old mower. I can't believe that finger tip control of the drive can make it so easy to operate. It is a good deal and because it's an Ariens, you know, if needed, parts are available.

Best mower I have ever used
I just learned that Ariens is going to stop production of this great mower. That is too bad, because the Blade Runner is a fantastic mower that is quality made.
Growing up I had not heard of the Ariens company until I cut a family member's yard who had an older Ariens yard tractor.
I was so impressed that when my wife and I purchased our first home, I went to the Ariens dealer and picked up a Blade Runner.
It's the best move I made, the thing runs like a horse.
It's a great buy for anyone looking for a quality mower that will last.
